Zak Kilson grew up in a small town in New England. He developed a love of sketching and painting at an early age, and spent the majority of his youth filling sketchbooks with drawings of the places that inspired him. Zak is a self-taught artist who doesn’t subscribe to a particular style of art. After a long hiatus from painting, he has put together his first ever collection showcase. For this show, Zak takes a nostalgic look back at the places that originally inspired him all those years ago. He currently resides in Wilmington, NC with his partner Katie and their son, Camden.
